Scott Ross is a retired Los Angeles County firefighter of 32 years, who has been trail blazing the peer support program for 25 years. He is a master instructor for the IAFF Peer Support training cadre and has his own Peer Support coordinator business to help fire department's elevate their critical incident debriefing programs and peer support programs. Scott is the vice president of the PSPSA conference in San Diego. Scott talks about his journey of the fire service and how peer support has served him and other firefighters as well.
